Brandon oversees day-to-day operations at Magnolia Brewing, combining hands-on leadership with a deep passion for great beer and welcoming spaces. As Operating Partner, he keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes—and at the bar—bringing energy, consistency, and heart to the guest experience.

California-born Brian is a partner at Magnolia and founder of Fifty Vara. His global hospitality journey spans Prague to St. Maarten, with training at CIA and UC Davis. He’s led acclaimed SF spots and founded The Specialistas, consulting for Magnolia, New Belgium, and more.

Craig is Creative Director at Magnolia, handling all visual content and branding. He’s worked with partner Brandon Phillips across several breweries, building standout identities. With deep roots in design for food and beverage, Craig brings bold storytelling and sharp strategy to every brand he touches.
